SHIPPING POLICIES
We currently ship anywhere within the United States. Shipping times vary based on production time. Our production time is approximately 5-10 days, your product will be shipped after production is complete. We will always do our best to ship as quickly as possible. However, please allow for possible delays in shipment due to Covid-19 issues that are out of our control. Shipping will be delivered via USPS, UPS or FedEX. AVAILABILITY
Due to high shipping rates, we are currently only offering our products to customers within the United States. If you are outside the United States and would like a product, contact us directly and we will see if we can make arrangements. Thank you for your understanding.

RETURNS & REFUNDS
All sales are final. Returns and refunds are not permitted. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.

CANCELLED ORDERS
We reserve the right to cancel any order we believe to be fraudulent.

DAMAGES & EXCHANGES (IF APPLICABLE)
Exchanges (if applicable) – All sales are final. Returns and refunds are not permitted.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately via email to: hello[at]homeandfeast[dot][com] or the contact form if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged, within 2 weeks of receiving the item. If you need to exchange it for the same item (vintage items may not be able to be replaced as they are usually one of a kind), please send us an email and include the following:

1. Email subject line (Damage Exchange Request)
2. Name, Phone number, Email address
3. Order Number
4. Photo of the damage or defect

Upon receipt, the claim will be reviewed for approval and you will be notified of the status. If your exchange is accepted, we’ll send you a shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting and receiving approval for an exchange will not be accepted.

FINE ART REPRODUCTIONS
The artwork is a reproduction of the Master's original work. Imperfections from the original art such as grains, crackling, and wear will show in the reproduction printing process. Frames are not included in the purchase of all artwork. Once your order is placed it cannot be canceled or altered. All sales are final. Returns and refunds are not permitted.

Smooth Archival - Bright white, 100% cotton, slightly textured, smooth fine art surface. Exceptional color reproduction and dmax. Archival paper for beautiful long lasting prints.

Watercolor Premium - Bright White, water-resistant velvet fine art paper is made from 100% cotton fiber and is acid and lignin free. Extremely thick durable paper for premium archival prints. See our thickness rating and compare it to the others out there. You will not find a better quality WC paper for your fine art prints!

Rolled Canvas - Beautiful Satin Canvas is a OBA free, neutral white water resistant canvas composed of a luxurious poly/cotton blend giving it a uniform low glare finish. This canvas has superior color brilliance and image de nition and is ideal for art decor and fine art reproductions.

VINTAGE & HEIRLOOM ITEMS
All vintage and heirloom items are one-of-a-kind, old, and delicate. They may come with the usual amount of wear, tear, and love. Noted in the items description will be any significant damage, flaws, and imperfections. All vintage and heirloom items are unique and different from one another. All sales are final. Returns and refunds are not permitted.

MONOGRAM & CUSTOM ITEMS
Once your order is placed it cannot be canceled or altered. All sales are final. Returns and refunds are not permitted.

SPECIAL ORDERS
Need a special order for a bachelorette and bachelor party, bridal shower, wedding and wedding party, baby shower, milestone birthday, special graduation, etc… contact us.

Fill out the contact form or email to: hello[at]homeandfeast[dot][com] with the subject line (Special Order Request). We are happy to help design your special item. Special orders have a one time design fee of $150, plus costs of items. You will receive the special order “artwork” in the form of a JPEG/PNG file to keep forever.
